This painting is of a clear glass pitcher. The shape of the pitcher creates zig zag lines in the pitcher, which I haven't added yet.
I have been told that my work has a sameness to it, which is repetitive, and I am trying to break away from that a little; however, I find the things I paint appeal to me...
I would appreciate some feedback from other artists.

Lilacs

I painted this in May, 2006. I had gone on a Lilac gathering trip; I look for lilacs growing in profusion, in deserted areas. I cut as many as I can, and dash away in my car.
This time I painted them in the turquoise pitcher, I was happy with the way they came out.
