I painted this on a grey day. However, I was pleased that the still life was so happy. The size of this piece is 28x22. The price for this painting is $450.
I have been painting for many years. I consider myself a Colorist.
After graduating from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, I went on to become a successful Textile and Surface Designer in New York City. My Design Work resulted in collections of rugs, fabrics, paper products, and tableware for the Apparel and Home Furnishings Industries.
Although I received immeasurable satisfaction from my work in the Textile and Surface Design Field, I continued to pursue my Fine Art.
Since moving to the famous artists’ town of Woodstock, New York, I hve focused my creativity on Fine Art. I have taken classes and intensive workshops at the Woodstock School of Art with Jordan Wolfson, and Karen O’Neil. I also studied privately with Ms. O’Neil, who in turn studied with Henry Hensche.
My paintings can be found in private collections throughout the country. I am represented by Art Gallery 333 in North Falmouth, Massachusetts; Gallery Central in Hot Springs, Arkansas; and more recently by The Millbrook Gallery in Concord, New Hampshire.
